1. Agreement Start & Scope

By purchasing Prepaid HR Support, you agree to these terms, effective from the date of purchase. Fluid HR Ltd provides professional HR advice and guidance to company owners, directors, or authorised individuals within an organisation.

2. Payment & Charges

• Payment must be made in advance before HR support is provided.
• Time is purchased in blocks of one hour and tracked against a timesheet.
• Time is deducted in 15-minute increments per interaction (e.g., emails, calls, document reviews).
• Unused time must be used within 12 months from the purchase date—time will not roll over beyond this period.

3. Time Tracking & Statements

• All time used will be recorded against a client timesheet, which can be requested at any time.
• Time includes all HR support interactions, including calls, emails, document preparation, and case review.
• If a client requests written documents (e.g., letters, policies), time spent drafting, including use of templates, will be charged accordingly.

4. Service Availability

• Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (UK time).
• Urgent matters outside business hours may be accommodated at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The quality of our advice relies on the accuracy and timeliness of the information you provide.
• Our service is for HR guidance only and does not replace legal representation.
• Some HR issues, such as complex grievances or employee terminations, may require more than a single hour to handle effectively.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All discussions and data remain strictly confidential and are handled in accordance with UK GDPR & Data Protection Laws.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

7. Cancellation & Expiry

• No refunds are available once time is purchased.
