By purchasing Pay As You Go HR Support, you agree to these terms, effective from the date of purchase. Fluid HR Ltd provides professional HR advice and guidance to company owners, directors, or authorised individuals within an organisation.

2. Payment & Charges

• Full payment is required upfront before any HR support is provided.
• Time is purchased in units of 30 minutes or 1 hour, with time rounded up where necessary.
• Unused time must be used within 12 months from the purchase date—time will not roll over beyond this period.

3. Service Availability

• Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (UK time).
• Urgent matters outside business hours may be accommodated at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The quality of our advice relies on the accuracy and timeliness of the information you provide.
• Our service is for HR guidance only and does not replace legal representation.
• Complex HR issues may require additional time beyond a single session.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
